Abstract
Revizijska naknada u Republici Hrvatskoj uređena je cijelim nizom zakonskih i podzakonskih propisa, a važnu ulogu ima Zakon o reviziji. Ovim zakonom se uređuje cijela problematika revizije, odnosno mogućnost pružanja revizijskih usluga, dok se dodatnim podzakonskim propisima uređuju tarife i uvjeti obavljanja revizorskih usluga. Budući da je podnošenje financijskih godišnjih izvještaja propisano Zakonom o računovodstvu, te je nužno za uspješno poslovanje u skladu s načelom zakonitosti, revizijske usluge iz godine u godinu dobivaju sve više na značaju. Osnovna uloga revizorskih usluga je kontroliranje godišnjih financijskih izvještaja te podnošenje istih u skladu s važećim zakonskim propisima. U tom kontekstu, revizijske naknade su signal kavlitete obavljene revizije.
Abstract (english)
The audit fee in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by a number of laws and bylaws, and the Audit Act plays an important role. This law regulates the entire issue of audit, i.e. the possibility of providing audit services, while additional bylaws regulate tariffs and conditions for performing audit services. Since the submission of financial annual reports is prescribed by the Accounting Act, and is necessary for successful operations in accordance with the principle of legality, audit services are becoming increasingly important from year to year. The established role of audit services is to control the annual financial statements and submit them in accordance with applicable legislation. In that context, audit fees are signalling the quality of audit.
