Abstract
Pandora je danska kompanija koja proizvodi te trguje nakitom. Tvrtka Pandora je poznata po šarmantnim narukvicama, dizajnerskim prstenovima, naušnicama, ogrlicama te prstenovima. Pomoću dobrih poslovnih strategije, izvrsne kvalitete proizvoda te vizije njihova poslovanja, od malog obiteljskog poduzeće postalo je prepoznatljiv brend diljem svijeta. U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati analize financijskih izvještaja tvrtke Pandora za petogodišnje razdoblje od 2016. – 2020. godine pomoću financijskih pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti. Iz navedenih pokazatelja se zaključuje da je tvrtka Pandora likvidno sposobna odnosno da je sposobno izvršavati svoje kratkoročne obveze te nije prezaduženo. Uspoređujući financijska izvješća u godinama analize ne dolazi do značajnih odstupanja u određenim stavkama financijskih izvještaja što znači da je društvo dobro ustrojeno i kao takvo uspješno posluje. Iz svega navedenoga proizlazi da je društvo u stabilnoj financijskoj situaciji, zdravo za rast i razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Pandora is a Danish jewelry manufacturer and retailer. Pandora is well known for its charm bracelets, designer rings, earrings, necklaces, and watches. With good business strategies, excellent product quality, and a vision of their business, the family business has become a recognizable brand all around the world. This paper presents the results of the analysis of Pandora's financial statements for the five-year period from 2016 to 2020 using financial indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy, profitability. From the above indicators, it can be concluded that Pandora is liquid, it is capable of fulfilling its short-term obligations. Comparing the financial statements in the years of analysis, there are no significant deviations in certain items of the financial statements, which means that the company is well organized and it is successful. It follows from all the above that the company is in a stable financial situation, healthy for growth and development.
