Abstract
Ovim radom, kroz istraživanje provedeno na primjeru poduzeća Net Media međunarodne usluge d.o.o. primjenjuju se stečena teorijska znanja s područja menadžmenta s naglaskom na poduzetništvo mladih. Analiziraju se razlozi, prilike i mogućnosti razvoja mladih poduzetnika i poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj te se donose rezultati i zaključci istraživanja provedenoga na ovu temu u informatičkoj tvrtki Net Media međunarodne usluge d.o.o. Poseban naglasak u istraživanju je na mjerama i poticajima dostupnima poduzetnicima početnicima. Primjenom znanstvenih metoda sakupljene su i analizirane sve informacije u svezi realizacije poslovnih ideja, financiranja mladih poduzeća i korištenja mjera i poticaja u istraživanoj organizaciji i donesen je prijedlog unapređenja istih. Pokazana je važnost utjecaja države na nastanak i razvoj mladih poduzeća, te utjecaj korištenja mjera na financijske rezultate poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, through research conducted on the example of the company Net Media International Services d.o.o., the acquired theoretical knowledge in the field of management with an emphasis on youth entrepreneurship is applied. The reasons, opportunities and possibilities for the development of young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia are analyzed, and the results and conclusions of the research conducted on this topic in the IT company Net Media International Services d.o.o. Special emphasis in the research is on measures and incentives available to start-up entrepreneurs. Using scientific methods, all information related to the realization of business ideas, financing of young companies and the use of measures and incentives in the researched organization was collected and analyzed, and a proposal for their improvement was made. The importance of the state's influence on the emergence and development of young companies, and the impact of the use of measures on the financial results of companies has been shown.
