Abstract
Posljednjih godina primjećuje se potreba, sa strane tržišta krajnjih potrošača, za profesionalnim proizvodima za njegu kose. To se posebice dalo primijetiti u porastu online kupovine uslijed pandemije korona virusa kada su mnogi saloni prestali pružati usluge uljepšavanja. Osnovni problem istraživanja ovog rada je identificiranje determinanti potražnje kao i utvrđivanje utjecaja tih determinanti na potražnju za profesionalnim frizerskim proizvodima na tržištu krajnje potrošnje. Cilj rada je istražiti u radu navedene determinante te definirati kako se utjecaji različitih determinanti odražavaju na potražnju. Kako bi se ciljevi postigli postavljeno je 5 hipoteza koje se u istraživanju testiraju na uzorku od 105 ispitanika. Rezultati istraživanja koje je provedeno na ovom uzorku pokazuju kako žene kao potrošači profesionalnih proizvoda za kosu dominiraju u odnosu na mušku populaciju. Također, rezultati su pokazali kako će smanjenje dohotka potrošača negativno utjecati na potražnju za profesionalnim frizerskim proizvodima za kosu. Glavne prepreke istraživanja su nedostupnost većeg broja ispitanika na kojima bi se provelo istraživanje te tendencija ispitanih pojedinaca da daju neutralne odgovore, što utječe na reprezentativnost uzorka i na značajnost dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
In recent years, there has been a need, on the part of the end-use market, for professional hair care products. This was particularly noticeable in the increase in online shopping due to the corona virus pandemic when many salons stopped providing beauty services. The main research problem of this paper is to identify the determinants of demand as well as to determine the impact of these determinants on the demand for professional hairdressing products in the final consumption market. The main goal of this paper is to investigate determinants and define how the influences of different determinants are reflected in demand. In order to achieve the goals, 5 hypotheses were set, which are tested in a sample of 105 respondents. The results of research conducted on this sample show that women as consumers of professional hair products dominate over the male population. Also, the results showed that the reduction in consumer income will negatively affect the demand for professional hairdressing hair products. The main obstacles of the research are the unavailability of a larger number of respondents on whom the research would be conducted and the tendency of the surveyed individuals to give neutral answers, which affects the representativeness of the sample and the significance of the obtained results.
