In nowadays business world, organizations operate in a more complex, dynamic and less predictable environment than ever before. The success of any organization largely depends on the relationship between individuals and the culture of the organization. Organizational culture plays a key role in motivating innovative behavior, and innovation is a key determinant for a company's survival and competitiveness. Companies are forced to develop innovative strategies and make transformational changes in their organizational structure and culture, they often ask themselves how to influence the innovative culture and thus contribute to better operations of the organization. This is especially expressed in IT companies, where the question is more why, than how to build a culture of innovation. The relationship between organizational culture and innovation has been the subject of various researches in recent years, where complex interrelationships between organizational culture and innovation have been encountered. According to them, empirical research was conducted on the connection between organizational culture and the dynamism of the environment with the innovativeness of IT companies in the city of Split. IT companies are subject of research because of their specificity and readiness for unpredictable and constant changes. Empirical research has shown that there is a connection between organizational culture and the dynamism of the environment with the innovation of IT companies.
