Abstract
Sve neprofitne organizacije kao što su: udruge, ustanove, zaklade, vjerske zajednice, političke stranke i ostale za cilj imaju ostvarivanje javne dobrobiti i zadovoljenja interesa članova na području u koje djeluju. Svoje prihode za razliku od profitnih organizacija kojima je cilj stjecanje i raspodjela istih među članovima, usmjeravaju prema realizaciji ciljeva koji doprinose društvu u cjelini. Njihovo djelovanje jasno je regulirano zakonom, a isto tako imaju obvezu sastavljanja financijskih izvještaja. U ovom završnom radu odabrane su tri srodne neprofitne organizacije nad kojima je izvršena analiza financijskih izvještaja putem horizontalne, vertikalne analize te putem pokazatelja. Analizom financijskih izvještaja dobio se uvid u poslovanje neprofitnih organizacija tokom promatranog perioda, omogućena je evaluacija prethodnog poslovanja te procjena budućeg nastavka poslovanja. Ipak, za precizniju procjenu poslovanja potrebno bi bilo uzeti duži vremenski period na promatranje.
Abstract (english)
All non-profit organizations such as: associations, institutions, foundations, religious communities, political parties and others aim to achieve public welfare and satisfy the interests of members in the area in which they operate. Unlike profit organizations, whose goal is to acquire and distribute their income among members, they direct their income towards the realization of goals that contribute to society. Their activities are clearly regulated by law, and they also have the obligation to prepare financial statements. In this final paper, three related non-profit organizations were selected, whose financial statements were analyzed through horizontal and vertical analysis and through indicators. The analysis of financial statements gave an insight into the operations of non-profit organizations during the observed period, the evaluation of the previous operation and the assessment of the future continuation of operation was made possible. However, for a more precise assessment of the business, it would be necessary to take a longer period of time for observation.
