Abstract | Završni rad „ Proces regrutiranja i selekcije na primjeru XY banke“ za cilj ima proučiti i analizirati procese regrutiranja i selekcije s teorijskog i praktičkog gledišta.
U prvom poglavlju navode se i definiraju problemi, cilj, metode kojima će se problem riješiti i sadržaj rada.
U teorijskom, odnosno drugom dijelu rada objasnili smo pojmove regrutiranja, njezine izvore, prednosti i nedostatke svih izvora. Nadalje, definirali smo pojam selekcije, načine na koje se ona provodi, njezine faktore koji su dodatno objašnjeni. Spomenuti su i mogući izvori informacija o kandidatima, detaljno su objašnjeni testovi i njihove vrste, te intervjui i njihove vrste. Objašnjen je i sam proces selekcije u teoriji.
Na početku trećeg poglavlja navode se opći podatci banke XY da bi se pobliže s njom upoznali. Njezina misija, vizija, zemlje u kojoj ona posluje, godina osnivanja banke XY u Hrvatskoj i organizacijska struktura su dio općih podataka koji se navode.
U četvrtom poglavlju kompletan teorijski dio objašnjava se na primjeru procesa regrutiranja i selekcije u banci XY. Prikazani su načini spoznaje manjka zaposlenika u banci, nadalje njezini vanjski i unutarnji izvori regrutiranja. Objašnjeni su koraci procesa regrutiranja i selekcije. Navode se i vrste testova koje banka XY provodi, primjeri pitanja za svaku vrstu testa. Saznaje se i izvor preko kojeg prikupljaju podatke o kandidatu, način pregleda prijava kandidata, dokumenti koje moraju priložiti pri prijavi, te kako izgleda postupak nakon izbora novog zaposlenika. |
Abstract (english) | The thesis "Recruitment and selection process on the example of XY bank" aims to study and analyze the recruitment and selection processes from a theoretical and practical point of view.
In the first chapter, the problems, the goal, the methods used to solve the problem and the content of the work are stated and defined.
In the theoretical, or second chapter, we explained the concepts of recruitment, its sources, advantages and disadvantages of all sources. Furthermore, we have defined the concept of selection, the ways in which it is carried out, its factors, which are additionally explained. Possible sources of information about candidates are also mentioned, tests and their types, and interviews and their types are explained in detail. The selection process itself is explained in theory.
At the beginning of the third chapter, the general data of the bank XY are listed in order to get to know it more closely. Its mission, vision, countries in which it operates, year of establishment of bank XY in Croatia and organizational structure are part of the general information provided.
In the fourth chapter, the complete theoretical part is explained on the example of the recruitment and selection process in bank XY. The methods of identifying the lack of employees in the bank are presented, as well as its external and internal sources of recruitment. The steps of the recruitment and selection process are explained. It also lists the types of tests that bank XY conducts, examples of questions for each type of test. The source through which they collect information about the candidate, the method of reviewing candidate applications, the documents that must be attached when applying, and what the procedure looks like after the selection of a new employee is also presented. |
