Abstract | U završnom radu se prikazuje pojam obiteljskog poduzeća, njegova uloga u gospodarstvu, ali i proces nasljeđivanja kroz kojeg svako obiteljsko poduzeće prolazi. Nasljeđivanje je kao process detaljno obrađeno, ali i prikazano na primjeru iz prakse. Uzeto je obiteljsko poduzeće “Jure” koje posluje kao društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću. Restoran pripada grani turizma, jednoj od najrazvijenijih u Hrvatskoj, a samim time je poslužilo kao dobar primjer proučavanja procesa nasljeđivanja u ekonomski prestižnoj grani. Cilj istraživanja, kao što je objašnjeno u prethodnom paragrafu, je pobliže opisati i odrediti pojam nasljedstva u obiteljskim poduzećima, a neke od metoda korištene u tom procesu su opisivanje, analiza, sinteza i analiza podataka. Iznimno složen proces nasljeđivanja sastoji se od više faza koje moraju biti pomno isplanirane i provedene u dijelo kako bi poduzeće nastavilo uspješno poslovati. Obiteljska posduzeća su specifična po tome što, kao što i samo ime kaže, u njemu radi više članova iste obitelji. Iako je za obitelj nerijetko poželjno da poduzeće ostane u vodstvu nekog člana obitelji i nakon procesa nasljeđivanja, nekada to za poslovanje nije dobra opcija. Razlozi su mnogi, a samo neki od njih su: nesposobnost mlađih generacija obitellji, nezainteresiranost, ali i nedostatak znanja i vještina koje bi svaki vođa trebao imati. Društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću “Jure” prošlo je kroz jedan uspješan i potpun process nasljeđivanja. Trenutni vlasnici su dva brata u dobi između 50 i 60 godina, iz čega se može zaključiti da poduzeće uskoro očekuje novi process nasljeđivanja. Situacija je kompleksnija i složenija nego u prethodnom procesu samim time što postoje dva vlasnika od kojih svaki ima troje djece. Ovo obiteljsko poduzeće se nalazi ispred velike prekretnice, koja ga može unaprijediti, ali i ugroziti. |
Abstract (english) | The paper presents the concept of a family business, its role in the economy, but also the inheritance process that every family business goes through. Inheritance as a process is covered in detail, but also shown on an example from practice. Family business “Jure”, which operates as a limited liability company, was taken as an example. Restaurant belongs to tourism branch, one of the most developed in Croatia, thus it served as a good example of studying the inheritance process in an economically prestigious branch. The aim of the research, as explained in the previous paragraph, is to describe and define the concept of inheritance in family businesses, and some of the methods used in this process are description, analysis, synthesis and analysis of data. The extremely complex succession process consists of several stages that must be carefully planned and implemented in order for the company to continue operating successfully. Family businesses are specific in that, as the name suggests, several members of the same family work in them. Although it is often desirable for a family that the company remains under the leadership of a family member even after the inheritance process, sometimes this is not a good option for business. There are many reasons, some of them are: the incompetence of younger generations of families, lack of interest, but also the lack of knowledge and skills that every leader should have. Limited liability company Jure went through a successful and complete succession process. The current owners are two brothers between the ages of 50 and 60, from which it can be concluded that the company is expecting a new succession process. The situation is more complex and complicated than in the previous one due to the fact that there are two owners, each of whom has three children. This family business is facing a major turning point, which can improve it, but also endanger it. |
