Abstract | Jedinstveni okusi mora, lagano kuhana i lako probavljiva hrana koja uključuje puno ribe, maslinovog ulja, povrća i začinskog bilja, svježina polja i vrta, morske i mesne delicije te kvalitetno vino, sve se to može naći na stolu dalmatinskih otoka čiji se okusi i mirisi dugo pamte. Stanovnici Dalmacije poznati su kao ljubitelji obilnog stola. Razno aromatično bilje uzgojeno na osunčanim padinama, uz peršin i češnjak, čine malu kulinarsku tajnu ove kuhinje s mirisom lovora, ružmarina ili bosiljka. Upravo zbog spomenutih činjenica koje dokazuju postojanje ogromne ponude eno-gastro turizma na području dalmatinskih otoka, ovaj rad će analizirati potencijal te vrste turizma na primjeru poslovnog plana putničke agencije Hedonist koja je specijalizirana upravo za specifični oblik turizma koji može otvoriti vrata te riješiti problem nedovoljno razvijene turističke ponude, te proširiti vidike turista koji posječuju dalmatinske otoke. Glavni cilj je kroz poslovni plan prikazati detaljan izvještaj o proizvodima, uslugama, proizvodnim tehnikama koje određena firma koristi kao i o tržištima, klijentima, poslovnoj strategiji, ljudskim resursima, organizacijskoj strukturi, zahtjevima za infrastrukturu i opskrbu te financijskim resursima. Primarna svrha poslovnog plana je da na temelju prošlih i trenutačnih informacija o stanju poduzeća te tržištu, prikaže očekivano buduće stanje. |
Abstract (english) | The unique flavors of the sea, lightly cooked and easily digestible food that includes a lot of fish, olive oil, vegetables and herbs, freshness from the fields and gardens, seafood and meat delicacies and quality wine, all this can be found on the table of the Dalmatian islands, whose tastes and smells they remember for a long time. The inhabitants of Dalmatia are known as lovers of a hearty meal. Various aromatic herbs grown on sunny slopes, along with parsley and garlic, form a small culinary secret of this kitchen with the scent of laurel, rosemary or basil. Precisely because of the mentioned facts that prove the existence of a huge offer of eno-gastro tourism in the area of the Dalmatian islands, this paper will analyze the potential of this type of tourism on the example of the business plan of the travel agency Hedonist, which specializes in a specific form of tourism that can open doors and solve the problem of underdeveloped tourist offers, and broaden the horizons of tourists who visit the Dalmatian islands. The main goal is to present a detailed report through the business plan on products, services, production techniques used by a certain company, as well as on markets, clients, business strategy, human resources, organizational structure, requirements for infrastructure and supply, and financial resources. The primary purpose of a business plan is to show the expected future state based on past and current information about the state of the company and the market. |
