Abstract
Novallis d.o.o. je poduzeće sa sjedištem u Opuzenu koje se bavi proizvodnjom sto posto prirodnih sokova pod brendom Guuc. Cilj ovog rada je pomoću pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja prikazati kako poduzeće posluje. Analiza se vrši kroz tri godine poslovanja (od 2019. do 2020.) kroz izračun pet vrsta financijskih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja: likvidnosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i zaduženosti. Nadalje, cilj je prikazati odnos količine prodaje sokova i pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja. Problem rada je utvrditi postoji li razlika u asortimanu poduzeća i njegovoj uspješnosti, tj. povezati plasman proizvoda i uspješnost poslovanja. Na kraju je donesen zaključak kako tvrtka Novallis najveću uspješnost ostvaruje u 2020. godini bez obzira što je tada količina prodanih proizvoda bila najmanja te u konačnici kako bi određeni pokazatelji mogli biti bolji.
Abstract (english)
Novallis Ltd. is a company based in Opuzen that produces 100 % natural juices. The aim of this paper is to show how the company operates using performance indicators in the period between 2019 and 2021. The analysis is carried through the calculation of five types of financial performance indicators: liquidity, activity, economy, profitability and indebtedness. Furthermore, the goal is to show the relationship between the volume of sales of juices and business success indicators. The problem of the work is to determine whether there is a difference in the assortment of the company and its success, i.e., to connect product placement and business success. In the end, the conclusion was reached that the company Novallis achieves the greatest success in 2020, regardless of the fact that then the amount of products sold was the smallest, and ultimately that certain indicators could be better.
