Abstract
Teorijski okvir ovoga rada čine četiri generacije zaposlenika – Tradicionalisti, Baby boomeri, Generacija X i Generacija Y. Važan zadatak menadžera je utvrditi način kako upravljati istima u radnom okruženju. Detaljno su opisane karakteristike i obilježja svake generacije te su priloženi savjeti i načini koje bi svaki menadžer trebao uzeti u obzir pri upravljanju svakom generacijom. U praktičnom dijelu rada provedeno je istraživanje u kojem je prisustvovalo 96 ispitanika, otprilike jednak broj svake generacije prisutne na tržištu rada. Cilj istraživanja bio je ustanoviti podudaraju li se rezultati provedenog istraživanja s karakteristikama i obilježjima svake generacije iz teorijskog okvira sa stvarnim karakteristikama generacija. Temeljem rezultata na 11 postavljenih pitanja izneseni su zaključci i mišljenje na temelju rezultata i cjelokupne teme ovoga rada. Analizom rezultata može se potvrditi podudaranost između obrađenog teorijskog okvira ovoga rada sa karakteristikama
Abstract (english)
The theoretical framework of this work consists of four generations of employees - Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y. It is an important task for managers, define how to manage them in the work environment. The characteristics of each generation are described in detail, as well as tips and methods that every manager should consider when managing each generation are brought out. In the practical partof this work, a survey was conducted with 96 participants, approximately equally represented within each generation present on the labor market. The goal of the research was to establish whether the results of the conducted research match the characteristics of each generation from the theoretical framework with the actual characteristics of the generations. Based on the results of 11 questions, conclusions and opinions were presented established on the results and the overall topic of this work.
