Abstract
S obzirom na dosadašnja kretanja u turizmu, stručnjaci su predvidjeli deset megatrendova koji će obilježiti turizam u narednim godinama. U ovom završnom radu nabrojani su i definirani navedeni trendovi. Objašnjeni su distribucijski kanali i njihov razvoj u tri generacije. Razvojem turizma nastali su turistički posrednici od kojih su najznačajniji turistička agencija i turoperator, a kasnije su se iz njih razvili online turistička agencija i posredovanje putem društvenih mreža. Na temelju prikupljenih informacija, zaključeno je da se turistički posrednici trebaju prilagođavati promjenama na turističkom tržištu prateći tehnološke inovacije i želje svojih kupaca.
Abstract (english)
Considering the current trends in tourism, experts have predicted ten megatrends that will characterize tourism in the coming years. In this final paper, the mentioned trends are listed and defined. Distribution channels and their development in three generations are explained. With the development of tourism, tourism intermediaries were created, the most important of which are travel agencies and tour operators, and later online travel agencies and mediation through social networks developed from them. Based on the collected information, it was concluded that tourist intermediaries should adapt to changes in the tourist market by following technological innovations and the wishes of their customers.
