Abstract
Poslovna strategija je način na koji se poduzeće može promatrati kao niz poslovnih jedinica pomoću kojih se donose sve odluke potrebne za provođenje strategije. Poslovna strategija naglašava tržišne mogućnosti koje poduzeće želi istražiti te korake za provođenje istraživanja, a svodi se na izbor programa za ispunjavanje ciljeva organizacije. Kraš d.d. je poduzeće čija je matična proizvodnja smještena u Zagrebu. Poduzeće je krenulo s radom 1911. godine. Kraš kao podzeće se neprestano prilagođava tržištu i kupcima te se ujedno i širi na druga tržišta i nastavlja provoditi svoje ciljeve i planove. Kada se govori o strateškom planu poduzeća Kraš d.d., on je i dalje usmjeren ka istom cilju koji obuhvaća pojačanje tržišne pozicije, širenje i izvoz na nova tržišta te postizanje najviše kvalitete proizvoda i zadovoljstva kupaca. Izabrana poslovna strategija daje dobre rezultate za poduzeće koji su utvrđeni pokazateljima uspješnosti
Abstract (english)
Business strategy is the way in which a company can be viewed as a series of business units that make all the decisions necessary to implement the strategy. Business strategy highlights the market opportunities the company wants to explore and the steps to conduct the research, and it boils down to the choice of programs to meet the goals of organization. Kraš d.d. is a company whose main production is located in Zagreb. The company started operating in 1911. Kraš as a company constantly adapts to the market and customers and at the same time expands to other markets and continues to implement its goals and plans. When talking about strategic plan of the company Kraš d.d., it is still directed towards the same goal which includes strengthening the market position, increasing production and sales, expanding and exporting to new markets, maintaining financial stability and achieving the highest product quality and customer satisfaction. The chosen business strategy gives good results for the company which are determined by performance indicators.
