Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjena je važnost upravljanja ljudskim resursima za firmu Elektromaterijal d.o.o. Zbog rasta i jačanja konkurencije s kojom se danas firma susreće, poduzeće kroz dobru strategiju upravljanja ljudskim resursima može razviti i postići malu prednost u odnosu na konkurenciju. Samo upravljanje ljudskim resursima podrazumijeva tehnike koje je potrebno provesti u poduzeću da bi se maksimizirao doprinos zaposlenika i postigla optimalna produktivnost, a obično uključuje obuku i razvoj kadrova, regrutiranje, motiviranje, analiza posla i planiranje potreba za ljudskim resursima. Elektromaterijal d.o.o. je tvrtka u privatnom vlasništvu koja posluje u domeni elektroinstalacijskog materijala te su ovlašteni regionalni zastupnici za RH renomiranih svjetskih proizvođača. Uz jasno postavljene ciljeve, misiju i viziju, tvrtka nastoji motivirati svoje zaposlenike na što bolju učinkovitost, uspješnost i stabilnost poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
This paper will give the importance of human resource management for the company Elektromaterijal d.o.o. Because of the growth and strengthening of the competition that the company faces today, the company can develop and achieve a small advantage over the competition through a good human resource management strategy. Human resource management itself implies techniques that need to be implemented in a company to maximize employee contribution and achieve optimal productivity and usually includes training and development of personnel, recruiting, motivating, job analysis and planning human resource needs. Elektromaterial d.o.o. is a privately owned company that operates in the field of electrical installation material. Also, is the authorized regional distributor for the Republic of Croatia of renowned global manufacturers. Thanks to clearly set goals, mission and vision, the company tries to motivate its employees for better efficiency, job success and stability of the company.
