Abstract
Brz napredak i razvoj umjetne inteligencije privlači mnogobrojne poslovne sektore da ju provode. Kao jedan od primjera UI chatbot se sve više počinje koristiti u sektorima marketinga, prodaje i hotelijerstva zbog svojih mogućnosti unaprijeđenja posla i njegove efikasnosti. Tipovi chatbotova se razlikuju ali svi imaju istu namjeru, a to je da kombinacijom ljudske snage i umjetne inteligencije postižemo najbolje moguće rezultate i ciljeve poduzeća. Prednosti nadjačavaju mane korištenja ovakvog poslovnog plana i u budućnosti će se pokazati kao pravo rješenje za poslovanje. Nije čudno kako hotelijersko poslovanje sve više preferira korištenje chatbota, odnosi s ljudima i njihovo zadovoljstvo prvi je plan uslužnih djelatnosti, pa ako postoji mogućnost da se ono dovede na višu razinu, to je jednostavna odluka.
Abstract (english)
The rapid progress and development of artificial intelligence is attracting numerous business sectors to implement it. As one of the examples, the UI chatbot is increasingly being used in the marketing, sales and hospitality sectors due to its possibilities for improving work and its efficiency. The types of chatbots differ, but they all have the same intention, which is to achieve the best possible results and company goals by combining human power and artificial intelligence. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages of using this kind of business plan and in the future it will prove to be the right solution for business. It is not surprising that the hotel business increasingly prefers the use of chatbots, relations with people and their satisfaction is the first plan of service activities, so if there is a possibility to bring it to a higher level, it is a simple decision.
