Abstract
Žene su još uvijek zapostavljene u poslovnom svijetu te se susreću sa mnogim etiketiranjima. Posljedica je to mišljenja da je nemoguće uskladiti obiteljski i poslovni život. Dokazano je da žene mogu biti vrlo uspješne što se vidi iz brojnih primjera, ali se i dalje se na spomen njih u poslovnim pothvatima stvaraju asocijacije neozbiljnog u vidu neuspjeha. Problem nedovoljne zastupljenosti žena u poduzetništvu je globalni problem, iako razvijenije zemlje bilježe bolje rezultate i dalje se primijeti bitna razlika u usporedbi s muškom populacijom. Poslovanje žena je za razliku od suprotnog spola motivirano željom za zaposlenjem i održavanja ravnoteže privatnog i poslovnog života, dok je kod muškaraca profit broj jedan. Osiguravanje potpune ravnopravnosti te otklanjanje stereotipa u društvu su ključni aspekti povećanja broja poduzeća u vlasništvu žena. U provođenju intervjua s hrvatskom poduzetnicom kao istraživanja ovog rada došlo se do zaključka da se žene susreću s brojnim problemima u svojem poslovnom pothvatu, ali je sve moguće uz strpljenje, rad i trud.
Abstract (english)
Women are still neglected in the business world and face many labels. This is the result of the opinion that it is impossible to harmonize family and business life. It has been proven that women can be very successful as seen from numerous examples, but associations of the frivolous in the form of failure are still being created to commemorate them in business ventures. The problem of underrepresentation of women in entrepreneurship is a global problem, although more developed countries are recording better results and a significant difference is still noticed compared to the male population. Women's jobs, unlike the opposite sex, are motivated by a desire to work and maintain a balance of private and business life, while men's profit is number one. Ensuring full equality and removing stereotypes in society are key aspects of increasing the number of women-owned enterprises. In conducting an interview with a Croatian entrepreneur as research for this work, we came to the conclusion that women face many problems in their business ventures, but everything is possible with patience, work and effort.
