Abstract
Svjetioničarski turizam kao specijalizirana turistička vrsta podrazumijeva marketinšku potporu tijekom cjelokupnog životnog vijeka. Usprkos atraktivnosti i privlačnosti tijekom prvih godina komercijalizacije, kao i stvorenog globalnom imidžu marke Kamena svjetla, vremenom komercijalizacija svake turističke ponude, pa tako i ovakve, visoko specijalizirane slabi. Neprovođenje marketinških aktivnosti, zanemarivanje aktivnosti upravljanja markom imaju za posljedicu opadanje interesa... More turističke potražnje za konkretnom ponudom, a marka završava u graveyard zoni. Polazeći od tih činjenica vezano uz projekt Kamena svjetla, odnosno ponudu turističkog boravka na jadranskim svjetionicima provedeno je istraživanje u cilju predlaganja smjernica za unaprjeđenje ove specijalizirane turističke ponude, te procjene što je preporučljivo poduzeti s turističkom markom kada ista završi u graveyard zoni. Nalazi istraživanja dokazali su da je svjetioničarski turizam preporučljivo razvijati pod autonomijom Plovputa, obzirom na raspoloživu logistiku i dosadašnje iskustvo. Izostajanje marketinške komunikacije i aktivnosti upravljanja markom Kamena svjetla je ono što bi trebalo promijeniti, a repozicioniranje ove turističke marke je preporučljivo provesti njenom rejuvinizacijom. Obzirom da je konstatirana potreba uvođenja dodatnih i dopunskih sadržaja uz postojeći turistički smještaj na svjetionicima argumentirana je i sugestija da se slijedom istih kreiraju i pod marke svjetionika koji su u turističkoj komunikaciji. U razvoju ovoga projekta potrebno je sinergijsko djelovanje institucionalnih nacionalnih i lokalnih turističkih dionika obzirom da svjetioničarska baština predstavlja nacionalni resurs i sastavnica je imidža Republike Hrvatske kao zemlje pomorske tradicije. U takvom scenariju svjetioničarski turizam je moguće razvijati u različitim smjerovima, kao robinzonski, premijski i luksuzni turistički proizvod. Less
Abstract (english)
Lighthouse tourism, as a specialized type of tourism offer, implies marketing support throughout its entire lifespan. Despite the attractiveness and attractiveness during the first years of commercialization, as well as the global image created by the Stone Lights brand, over time the commercialization of every tourist offer, including this highly specialized one, weakens. Nonimplementation of marketing activities, neglect of brand management activities result in declining... More interest in tourist demand for a specific offer, and the brand ends up in the graveyard zone. Based on these facts, regarding the Stone Lights project, the offer of a tourist stay at the Adriatic lighthouses, research was conducted with the aim of proposing guidelines for the improvement of this specialized tourist offer, as well as an assessment of what is advisable to do with the brand when it ends up in the graveyard zone. The findings of the research proved that it is advisable to develop lighthouse tourism under the autonomy of Plovput, considering the available logistics and previous experience. The lack of marketing communication and management activities of the Stone Lights brand is what should be changed, and it is advisable to reposition this tourist brand by rejuvenating it. Given that the need for the introduction of additional and supplementary contents in addition to the existing tourist accommodation at the lighthouses has been established, the suggestion that following them be created under the brands of lighthouses that are in tourist communication has been argued. The development of this project requires the synergistic activities of institutional national and local tourism stakeholders, given that the lighthouse heritage represents a national resource and is a component of the image of the Republic of Croatia as a country of maritime tradition.
