Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bio je analizirati izvore sredstava banaka u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rezultati analize su pokazali da u izvorima financiranja dominiraju depoziti. Ukupni depoziti na kraju 2014. iznosili su 286,1 mlrd. kuna. Depoziti na transakcijskim računima su bilježili rast, a štedni i oročeni depoziti pad. Kao i prethodnih godina, najznačajniji rast je zabilježen u segmentu depozita stanovništva. U strukturi ukupnih izvora prevladavaju depoziti stanovništva s udjelom od 61,6%. Krajem srpnja 2015. stanovništvo u bankama ima 142,9 mlrd. kuna oročenih depozita, 28,8 mlrd. kuna kunskih i 114,1 mlrd. kuna deviznih depozita. Najzastupljeniji su depoziti stanovništva oročeni do godine dana, 62,1 mlrd. kuna. Od ukupnog iznosa deviznih oročenih depozita više od 101 mlrd. kuna je u eurima, što nam pokazuje da hrvatski građani preferiraju štednju u euru.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to analyze the sources of funds of banks in Croatia. Results showed that the sources of financing is dominated by deposits. Total deposits at the end of 2014 amounted to 286.1 billion kuna. Deposits on transaction accounts, which recorded growth, while savings and time deposits decline. As in previous years, the most significant growth was recorded in the segment of retail deposits. Of total sources prevailing retail deposits with a share of 61.6 %. In late July 2015, the population in banks have 142.9 billion kuna in time deposits, 28.8 billion kuna and 114.1 billion kuna of foreign currency deposits. The most common household deposits term of one year, 62.1 billion kuna. Of the total amount of foreign currency time deposits of more than 101 billion kuna in euro, which shows us that Croatian citizen prefer saving the euro.
