Abstract
Korisničke recenzije postale su ključan izvor informacija za restorane i goste. Restorateri kroz recenzije saznaju o potrebama i željama gostiju te o prednostima i nedostacima svog objekta, dok gosti čestos koriste recenzije kako bi istražili sadržaje i ocjene restorana na različitim platformama. Kako bi umanjili potencijalni rizik, te osigurali visoku kvalitetu posjeta restoranu, potencijalni gosti će prvo potražiti mišljenja i iskustva prethodnih gostiju. Svrha ovog rada je ispitati utjecaj korisničkih recenzija na proces odabira restorana. Istraživanje je provedeno kvantitativnom metodom, pomoću anketnog upitnika. Rezultatima istraživanja je potvrđeno da ispitanici koriste/čitaju korisničke recenzije prilikom odabira restorana, te smatraju korisničke recenzije pouzdanim izvorom informacija.
Abstract (english)
User reviews have become a crucial source of information for both restaurants and guests. Through reviews, restaurateurs learn about the needs and desires of their customers, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their establishments from the guests' perspective. Meanwhile, guests often rely on reviews to explore restaurant content and ratings on various platforms. To mitigate potential risks and ensure a high-quality dining experience, potential guests first seek opinions and experiences of previous patrons. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of user reviews on the restaurant selection process. The research was conducted using a quantitative method through a questionnaire. The findings confirmed that respondents use and consider user reviews a reliable source of information when choosing a restaurant.
