Abstract
Videoigre su jedan od načina u moderno vrijeme kako ljudi provode slobodno vrijeme. Bilo da igraju to iz zabave, opuštanja razonode videoigre su postale jako popularne i jako unosne. U zadnje vrijeme ljudi su počeli koristiti elemente iz videoigara u svrhe koje nisu vezane samo za zabavu, a termin pod kojim je to poznato je igrifikacija. Igrifikacija se uvodi u poslove kako bi se poboljšale performanse zaposlenike te ih motiviralo na rad te se također uvodi u obrazovanje kako bi učenike na... More zabavan i u isto vrijeme poučan način motiviralo studente da uče i shvate materije nastave. U ovome radu će se prikazati kako igrifikacija može pomoći u upravljanju otpadom u gradu Splitu. Empirijskim istraživanjem će se utvrditi navike građana Splita o videoigrama, mišljenja o razvrstavanju otpadu u gradu Splitu te koliko su upoznati s pojmom igrifikacije. Na kraju su spojene igrifikacija i razvrstavanje otpada kroz aplikaciju koja bazirana na elementima koji se koriste u igrifikaciji. Ovaj teorijski pregled igrifikacije i empirijsko istraživanje može poslužiti stručnjacima koji se bave igrifikacijom u gradu Splitu, ali i u Hrvatskoj da razumiju navike građana i analiziraju njihova mišljenja. Abstract (english)
Video games have become one of the most popular ways people spend their free time in modern society. Whether they are played for fun, relaxation, or entertainment, video games have become incredibly popular and highly profitable. Recently, people have started using elements from video games for purposes beyond just entertainment, and the term for this is gamification. Gamification is being introduced into businesses to improve employee performance and motivate them to work, and it is also... More being integrated into education to engage students in a fun yet educational way, encouraging them to learn and understand the material. This paper will explore how gamification can assist in waste management in the city of Split. Through empirical research, the habits of Split's citizens regarding video games, their opinions on waste sorting in the city, and their awareness of the concept of gamification will be examined. Finally, gamification and waste sorting will be combined through an application based on elements used in gamification. This theoretical overview of gamification and empirical research can serve as a resource for professionals working with gamification in the city of Split and throughout Croatia, helping them understand citizens' habits and analyze their opinions.
