Abstract
Ovaj rad se fokusira se na Program za međunarodnu procjenu učenika (PISA), koji se koristi kao ključni alat za evaluaciju obrazovnih sustava u zemljama diljem svijeta. PISA istraživanje, koje provodi OECD, mjeri vještine 15-godišnjih učenika u području čitanja, matematike i znanosti te daje uvid u snage i slabosti obrazovnih politika. Rad analizira utjecaj PISA programa na obrazovne politike u Republici Hrvatskoj i odabranim članicama Europske unije, kao što su Finska i Poljska, uspoređujući njihove rezultate i pristupe reformi obrazovnih sustava. Rezultati PISA istraživanja pokazuju da kvalitetno obrazovanje ne ovisi samo o financijskim ulaganjima, već o učinkovitom upravljanju resursima, modernizaciji kurikuluma i jačanju nastavničkih kompetencija.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), which is used as a key tool for evaluating education systems in countries around the world. The PISA survey, conducted by the OECD, measures the skills of 15-year-old students in reading,mathematics and science and provides insight into the strengths and weaknesses of education policies. The paper analyzes the impact of the PISA program on educational policies in the Republic of Croatia and selected members of the European Union, such as Finland and Poland, comparing their results and approaches to the reform of educational systems. The results of the PISA survey show that quality education does not depend only on financial investments, but on effective management of resources, modernization of the curriculum and strengthening of teacher competencies.
