Abstract
HNB na raspolaganju ima niz instrumenata monetarne politike kao što su operacije na otvorenom tržištu, obvezna pričuva, stalno raspoložive mogućnosti, minimalna devizna potraživanja koje koristi za ostvarenje primarnih i sekundarnih ciljeva. Glavni cilj je održavanje stabilnosti cijena, a sekundarni su ostvarenje visoke stope zaposlenosti i ostvarenje održivog i uravnoteženog gospodarskog rasta. Kroz rad je vidljivo da HNB relativno uspješno ispunjava svoj primarni cilj, ali i da neefikasno koristi instrumente da bi se ostvarili i sekundarni ciljevi. Razina stabilnosti cijena je približno jednaka u Hrvatskoj i u Europskoj Uniji dok je razina BDP-a i zaposlenosti mnogo ispod razine EU-a.
Abstract (english)
HNB has at its disposal a set of monetary policy instruments as well as operations on open markets, reserve requirements , continuously available options , the minimum foreign currency which are used to achieve the primary and secondary objectives . The main objective is to maintain price stability , and the secondary goals are achievement of high levels of employment and the achievement of sustainable and balanced economic growth . Through the work it is evidente that HNB relatively successfully meets its primary objective , but are also ineffective in use of financial instruments to achieve the secondary objectives . The level of price stability is approximately equal in Croatia and in the European Union while the level of GDP and employment are well below the level of the EU.
