Abstract
Tema ovog rada je istraživanje stavova potrošača o oznakama na hrani. Kako bi razumijevanje ovog pojma bilo olakšano, u teorijskom dijelu rada prvo su objašnjene definicije istraživanja tržišta, vrste istraživanja te vrste podataka. Druga polovica rada obuhvaća analizu zadovoljstva klijenata te analizu podataka i interpretaciju rezultata. Zadovoljstvo potrošača jedan je od važnijih pokazatelja kvalitete poduzeća, pa je stoga cilj ovoga istraživanja bio ispitati i dijagnosticirati izvore (ne)zadovoljstva potrošača cjelokupnom ponudom prehrambenih proizvoda. Iz provedenog istraživanja vidljivo je da većina kupaca dijeli indiferentan stav prema kvaliteti proizvoda, odnosu cijene i kvalitete, općenito o oznakama na hrani te sastojcima koji su napisani na deklaracijama. Iz dobivenih rezultata se može zaključiti da očekivanja potrošača nisu u potpunosti ispunjena te da proizvođači trebaju poraditi na veličini slova na deklaracijama, napisati izostavljene informacije, te dati objašnjenja pojedinih sastojaka.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this work is a study of consumer attitudes about food labels. To understand this concept was facilitated, in the theoretical part of the paper first explains the definition of market research, types of research and data types. The other half of the work includes analysis of customer satisfaction and data analysis and interpretation of results. Consumer satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of quality companies, and is therefore the aim of this study was to examine and diagnose the sources of (dis) satisfaction of consumers whole range of food products. From this research it is clear that most customers share indifferent attitude to product quality, price and quality, generally on food labels and ingredients that are written on the label. From the results it can be concluded that consumer expectations have not been fully met and that manufacturers need to work on the size of the letters on the label, write the omitted information, and give explanations of certain ingredients.
