Abstract
Istraživanje koje je provedeno imalo je za cilj utvrditi razinu zadovoljstva uslugama u kampu Adriatiq te na taj način doći do zaključka koje elemente ponude treba zadržati na postojećoj razini, a koje unaprijediti za poboljšanje turističke ponude. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 40 ispitanika krajem kolovoza i početkom rujna 2015. godine. Posjetitelji koji su boravili u kampu iskazali su u najvećoj mjeri zadovoljstvo sveukupnom ponudom kampa, te da imaju namjeru ponovnog posjeta kampu i žele kamp preporučiti drugima. Najvećim zadovoljstvom su ocijenili čistoću i uređenje kampa te ljubaznost osoblja. Uz prirodne ljepote, netaknutu prirodu i čisto more kamp treba u svoju ponudu uključiti bogate dodatne sadržaje te ih promovirati kako bi poboljšao svoju ponudu, zadržao visoko zadovoljstvo gostiju te uspješno poslovao na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The conducted research had a goal to determine the level of satisfaction with the services of the camp Adriatiq, and thus come to the conclusion which elements of the offer should be retained at the existing level and which improved in order to upgrade the tourist offer . The research was conducted on a sample of 40 respondents in late August and early September 2015 .Visitors who stayed in the camp for the most part expressed their satisfaction over the total offer of the camp , and that they intend to re- visit the camp and recommend it to others. The guests expressed the greatest pleasure over cleanliness, landscaping of the camp and the friendliness of the staff . Next to the natural beauty, unspoiled nature and clean sea, the camp should include a rich additional contents in its offer and promote them to improve its offer, maintain high customer satisfaction and operate successfully on the market.
