Abstract
U današnjem vremenu poslovanja turističkih smještajnih objekata, sve se više upotrebljava informatička posebno internetska tehnologija. Međutim, često se turistički smještajni objekti okreću suradnji s online turističkim agencijama. Stoga se u ovom diplomskom radu promatraju online turističke agencije za iznajmljivanje smještaja kao poseban oblik online turističke agencije. S obzirom da je poslovanje online turističkih agencija ostvareno isključivo putem svojih vlastitih web mjesta gdje... More pružaju svoje usluge svim korisnicima. Međutim, kako se svako web mjesto online turističke agencije odlikuje različitom razinom kvalitetom, ciljevi ovog istraživanja su s jedne strane postići razumijevanje teorijskog aspekta uloge online turističkih agencija za iznajmljivanje turističkih smještaja, e-poslovanja, web mjesta kao osnovna internetska tehnologija i glavnog nositelja online marketinških aktivnosti za online turističke agencije za iznajmljivanje smještaja te na kraju važnosti upravljanja kvalitetom web mjesta te svih aspekta iskustva korištenja koji mogu imati utjecaja na zadovoljstvo korisnika web mjesta te pružene usluge online turističkih agencija za iznajmljivanje smještaja. Svrha istraživanja je dobiti rezultate i odgovore o razini kvalitete web mjesta online turističkih agencija na primjeru Airbnb-a i Booking.com-a kako bi se mogla pružiti rješenja za poboljšanje kvalitete i funkcionalnosti web mjesta te dokazati postavljene hipoteze istraživanja s ciljem lakog razumijevanja važnosti uspješnog upravljanja kvalitetom web mjesta kako bi se pružila očekivana iskustva korištenja web mjesta te ostvarila željena razina zadovoljstva kod korisnika što bi na kraju moglo utjecati pozitivnom percepcijom kvalitete proizvoda i usluga online turističkih agencija za iznajmljivanje smještaja te profitabilnim poslovanjem online turističkih agencija na postojećim online tržištima. At present, there is an increasing importance of the use of information communication technologies in the business of tourist accommodation. In general, various tourist accommodation facilities cooperate with online travel agencies via the Internet. This research has been focused on examining performances of online travel agencies which offer different accommodations. The business of online travel agencies for renting accommodations depends on the use of their websites which offer... More products and services to their clients. It is important to acquire knowledge about how their websites are designed and how the websites offer the expected level of quality and user experience to the clients. Regarding the objectives of this research it is of value to obtain comprehension of the theoretical aspects of the role of online travel agencies for renting accommodations, e-business, websites as the basic Internet technology and the main platform for performing online marketing activities. It is significant to understand the importance of managing the quality and user experience of websites, as it may have a positive effect on the user satisfaction and perception of the given service quality from online travel agencies. In addition, one of the aims of the research is to obtain results and answers about the quality of websites of online travel agencies which are based on the websites of Airbnb and Booking.com. In order, to provide solutions for improving the quality and functionality of websites and to prove the proposed research hypothesis for purpose of easier understanding of successful management of the websites' quality we provide the expected user experience and achieve the desired users satisfaction level. In the end, it could influence the positive perception of the products and services quality. It affects the business profitability of the online travel agencies on existing online markets. Less
