Companies are now in a very vibrant and dynamic environment, so it is very important that companies have qualified and professional staff and managers. Business managers are the one that need to ones recognizes all the changes that are happening in the surrounding of the company. The manager job is to respond on these changes, in the best and quickest way, with the least cost. So, that company could resist the changes of external environment, they must have a well established business. It provides a foundation for a successful business enterprise. Therefore, when they are choosing a business structure, they must put their best efforts to select the right structure. An organizational business enterprise differs from company to company. It depends on the company size, number of employees, type of work they do. Because of this there is no possibility of copying someone’s organization business. To successfully operating company, the basis for it allows them to set a good organizational structure. Organizational structure defines the work of each individual employee who participates in the creation of the final product or service. This paper explains the organization of business based on the company "Mondelez d.o.o. Zagreb". Explained the very organizational structure, as well departments that participate in the creation of the final product that is presented to the stores. Although the current business organization company "Mondelez d.o.o. Zagreb" is well established and very successful, I think there is always room for continuous improvement of the organization.
