Abstract
Poduzetništvo je aktivnost pojedinca da se uz ulaganje kapitala ostvari neki poduzetnički pothvat, s ciljem stvaranja profita. Razdoblje od stvaranja ideje pa do realizacije poduzetničkog pothvata nije nimalo lagano, a upornost, kreativnost, samouvjerenost poduzetnika mogu biti presudni za realizaciju pothvata. Poduzetnik je osoba koja svoje ideje nastoji pretvoriti u stvarnost, odnosno poduzetnički pothvat i u ostvarivanje profita realizacijom tog pothvata. Da bi se što bolje realizirala... More ideja, potreban je kvalitetan poslovni plan. U poslovnom planu se istraţuju i analiziraju elementi za uspješnu realizaciju poduzetničkog pothvata. Plan definira ciljeve poslovanja poduzeća te prikazuje metode kako bi se ti ciljevi mogli i ostvariti. Svrha poslovnog plana je da poduzeću pokaţe smjer djelovanja i izvršavanju planiranih strategija. Ovaj rad prikazuje poslovni plan za slastičarnicu „StayOnSweet“. Financijski podaci iz poslovnog plan pokazuju ostvarivanje profita koji je baziran na vremenski period od 5 godina. Ideja se javila iz ljubavi prema proizvodnji slastica te zbog sve većih problema ljudi sa pretilošću i pojavljivanja dijabetesa. Slastičarnica će biti orijentirana k tome da postane moderno mjesto koje će zadovoljiti sve potrebe potencijalnih kupaca. Ţelja je da se odličnom lokacijom, kvalitetnim i ljubaznim osobljem te promocijom zdravog ţivota privuče što više kupaca. Less
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is an activity when entrepreneur, invest some capital and creates entrepreneurial venture with a view to gaining profit. The period from creation of ideas, to the realization of entrepreneurial venture is not easy, and persistence, creativity, and self-confidence of entrepreneur can be crucial for the realization of the venture. An entrepreneur is a person who tries to turn his ideas into reality, or entrepreneurial venture, and to realize profit of realizing his... More venture. In order to realize the idea better, a quality business plan is needed. The business plan explore and analyses the elements for successful implementation of an entrepreneurial venture. The plan defines business goals of company, and show methods to achieve that goals. The purpose of the business plan is to show business direction and implementation of planned strategies. This paper presents a business plan for „StayOnSweet“ pastry shop. Financial data from a business plan show a profibility in through the first 5 years of business. The idea came from the love of producing some cakes and because of an increasing problems of people with obesity and appearances of diabetes. The pastry shop will be oriented to become a modern place that will satisfy all needs of potential customers. The desire is to atract as many customers as possible with the excellent location, quality, kind employees and the promotion of healthy life. Less
