Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema predstečajnog postupka i utjecaj predstečaja na poduzeća koja su se našla u kriznoj situaciji. Ukoliko se kriznom situacijom slabo upravlja i ukoliko menadžment ne poduzme mjere restrukturiranja, poduzeće se može dovesti do stečaja. Cilj samog istraživanja temelji se na odabranim poduzećima nad kojima je otvoren predstečajni postupak, a sve u svrhu dokazivanja njegove učinkovitosti na poslovanje poduzeća. Kroz temu predstečajni postupak- šansa za novi početak nastojalo se dokazati kako je poduzeće koje se nađe u navedenoj situaciji može nastaviti svoje poslovanje te poboljšati poslovni rezultat. Kao hipoteze su postavljene ove dvije : predstečajni postupak može pozitivno djelovati na nastavak poslovanja poduzeća uz očuvanje radnih mjesta, te predstečajni postupak omogućava restrukturiranje duga kako bi se riješili problemi nelikvidnosti i insolventnosti poslovnog subjekta. Obe hipoteze su prihvaćene te se dokazalo da su istinite.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis, the topic of the pre- accession process and the impact of the pre-crisis on the companies that found themselves in the crisis situation has been processed. If the crisis situation is poorly managed and if management does not undertake restructuring measures, the company may lead to bankruptcy. The aim of the research is based on selected companies over which a pre-trade process is open, all for the purpose of proving its effectiveness on the business of the company. Through the topic of pre-accession process- a chance for new beginning was trying to prove that the company found in the mentioned its business result. Two hypotheses were placed: the pre-accession process can positively affect the continuation of the company's business while preserving jobs and pre-accession process allows for debt restructuring to slave the problems of liquidity and insolvency of a business entity. Both hypotheses were accepted and proved to be true.
