Abstract
Cilj ovog rada odnosi se na istraživanje motiviranosti zaposlenika poduzeća 'Solaris d.d.' temeljem ugovora o radu. Kao što je već u radu pojašnjeno, svrha motivacije bi bila poticanje zanimanja ljudi na potpuno uključivanje u radni proces, odnosno potpuno sudjelovanje u ostvarivanju interesa kao i vizije, misije i ciljeva poduzeća. Vodstvo poduzeća mora biti u stanju dizajnirati cjelokupnu politiku poduzeća na način koji će omogućiti postizanje najvećih mogućih performansi zaposlenika.... More Također, mora voditi računa o rješavanju sukoba među zaposlenicima te savladati otpor ka potencijalnim promjenama. S druge strane, čovjek kao pojedinac je dio velikog sustava, i kao dio njega u njemu egzistira te pokušava iznaći načine ostvarivanja vlastitih benefita. Kao dio poslovnog svijeta, odnosno poslovnog sustava, čovjek se nalazi u ulozi zaposlenika, bilo radnika, bilo menadžera ili neke druge uloge. Vodstvo mora biti u stanju pomiriti interese zaposlenika i poduzeća, posebno u specifičnim situacijama turističkog tržišta gdje pojedinac nije u mogućnosti ostvariti cjelogodišnji radni angažman, što kod njega uvjetuje određenu razinu nesigurnosti i demotiviranosti. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi djelovanje jednog od najvažnijih aspekata organizacije, gledajući sa stajališta zaposlenika, na razinu motivacije – ugovora o radu. Provedenim istraživanjem na nekoliko područja poduzeća došlo se do zaključka kako ipak ne postoji međusobno djelovanje ova dva čimbenika ali se ono različito očituje kad je riječ o različnim aspektima ova dva čimbenika. Zaposlenici ipak tvrde kako je priroda njihovog ugovora o radu pruža određen izvor motivacije, što je definitivni znak upravi poduzeća kako mora poduzeti korake u podizanju razine motiviranosti zaposlenika putem programa planiranja njihove karijere. Iako razina motivacije zaposlenika poduzeća 'Solaris d.d.', doseže donekle zadovoljavajuću razinu, ipak postoji mjesta za napredak što bi kao rezultat imalo i povećano zadovoljstvo posjetitelja beach resorta Solaris. Abstract (english)
The aim of this work refers to the exploring the motivation of the employees of the company's Solaris d.d. ' on the basis of the employment contract. As already explained above in this paper, the purpose of the motivation would be to encourage the interest of people on the full inclusion in a work process, or full participation in the realization of interest as well as the vision, mission and goals of the company. Leadership of the company must be able to design the overall policy of... More the company in a way that will allow achieving the greatest possible performance of the employee. Also, one must take into account the resolution of conflict among employees, and overcome resistance towards potential changes. On the other hand, a man as an individual is part of a large system, and as a part of him in it exists and is trying to find ways of exercising their own benefits. As part of the business world, or of the business system, the man is located in the role of the employee, any worker, whether managers or some other roles. Leadership must be able to reconcile the interests of the employees and the company, especially in the specific situations of the tourist market, where an individual is not able to achieve year-round work engagement, which to him implies a certain level of uncertainty. The aim of the research is to determine the performance of one of the most important aspects of the organization, from the point of view of employees, to the level of motivation - work contracts. The research carried out in several areas of the company has concluded that there is no interaction between these two factors but it is manifested differently when it comes to the different aspects of these two factors. Employees, however, claim that the nature of their employment contract provides a certain source of motivation, which is a definitive sign of management as it must take steps to raise employee motivation levels through their career planning programs. Although the level of employee motivation of the company 'Solaris d.d.' reaches a somewhat satisfactory level, there is still room for progress, which would result in increased satisfaction of Solaris visitors.
