Abstract
U ovom radu definiran je pojam proizvodnje te je objašnjena proizvodnja u kratkom i dugom roku. Proizvodnja, najjednostavnije rečeno, predstavlja proces u kojem se od proizvodnih inputa dobije željeni output. Također, definirana su bezalkoholna pića i njihove kategorije te objašnjeni čimbenici koji imaju utjecaj na smanjenje njihove proizvodnje. Za analizu ovog rada koristile su se metode indukcije i dedukcije. U ovom radu analizirana je proizvodnja kretanja bezalkoholnih pića u Republici Hrvatskoj, te je utvrđeno njeno kretanje u različitim razdobljima. Iz svega navedenog možemo zaključiti da industriju bezalkoholnih pića karakteriziraju brojne specifičnosti koje znatno otežavaju poslovanje. Domaći proizvođači nisu imuni na utjecaj brojnih specifičnosti pa njihov broj opada.
Abstract (english)
Through this work is explained the concept of short and long term production. Production, said in the easiest way introduces the process in which you can get out from the produced input your output desired. There is also defined the market of non-alcoholic Drinks and their categories and explained all factors which have an Impact at reducing their production. For Analysis of this work were used methods of induction and deduction. In this work you can also find the Analysis of production in Croatia, and it revealed the movement of its production in different time periods. From all this we can conclude that industry of non-alcoholic Drinks is characterized through many specifications which make the management harder. Domestic manufactures are not immune of the influence of many specifications so their number is decreasing.
