Abstract
U ovom radu se analizira efikasnost hrvatskih županija s aspekta trgovine na malo pomoću analize omeđivanja podataka (AOMP). AOMP predstavlja neparametarsku analizu koja se koristi za procjenu efikasnosti pomoću inputa i outputa. Cilj rada je identificirati efikasne županije koje će predstavljati ogledni primjerak svim neefikasnim županijama. U analizi su korišteni CCR i BCC model. Prema CCR modelu su identificirane četiri efikasne županije (Grad Zagreb, Ličko-senjska, Zadarska i Zagrebačka), dok ih je prema BCC modelu identificirano sedam (Dubrovačko-neretvanska, Grad Zagreb, Istarska, Ličko-senjska, Splitsko-dalmatinska, Zadarska i Zagrebačka). Rezultati su ukazali na postojanje statistički značajne razlike između efikasnih i neefikasnih županija, temeljem čega je alternativna hipoteza prihvaćena.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyses the efficiency of Croatian counties in terms of retail trade using DEA method. DEA represents a nonparametric analysis used to estimate efficiency by using inputs and outputs. The aim of this research was to identify efficient counties that will represent specimen to all inefficient counties. The analysis used CCR and BCC model. Four efficient counties have been identified according to the CCR model (Zagreb, Ličko-senjska, Zadarska and Zagrebačka), while BCC model identified seven efficient counties (Dubrovačkoneretvanska, Zagreb, Istarska, Ličko-senjska, Splitsko-dalmatinska, Zadarska and Zagrebačka). The results showed statistically significant differences between efficient and inefficient counties, based on which the research alternative hypothesis was accepted.
