Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada prikazani su problem istraživanja, ciljevi istraživanja, potom metode istraživanja te struktura rada. Također se definira pojam turizma u suvremenom dobu, kao i vinski turizam i sa primjerima proizvoda vinskog turizma. Sljedeće poglavlje daje uvid u analizu tekuće situacije u gradu Vrgorcu, navodeći zemljopisni položaj i povijest, potom analiza gospodarskih grana koje su trenutno zastupljene na tom području. U analizi turističke ponude predstavljeni su određeni pokazatelji u svrhu orijentacije nastavka istraživanja. Posljednji dio rada se odnosi na rezultate istraživanja, tj. prijedloge za unaprjeđenje turističke ponude grada Vrgorca. Turistička zajednica grada Vrgorca se zadnjih nekoliko godina nastoji etablirati u segmentu ruralnog turizma. Istraživanjem se tražio odgovor na pitanje načina obogaćenja postojeće turističke ponude, a kao odgovor se ponudio vinski turizam koji je u okviru ruralnog turizma.
Abstract (english)
First part of thesis presents the research problem, research goals, research methods, and thesis structure. It also defines tourism in modern era, and wine tourism with examples of wine tourism products. The next section gives introspection in analysis of the current situation in the town of Vrgorac, citing the geographical location and history, in order to continue with the analysis of the economic branches currently present in the area. In the analysis of the tourist offer, certain indicators are presented for orientation purposes of further research. The last part of the thesis refers to the results of the research, which include suggestions for the improvement of tourist offer. Vrgorac Tourist Board has been trying to establish itself in the rural tourism segment for the last few years. The research sought to answer the question of ways in which tourist offer can be enriched, in response to being offered wine tourism that is within rural tourism.
