Abstract
Poduzeća svake godine sastavljaju godišnje financijske izvještaje i moraju ih javno objaviti kako bi bili dostupni zainteresiranim korisnicima. U tim se financijskim izvještajima mogu pronaći i podaci o financijskom poslovanju, a upravo su ti podaci korisni za procjenu racionalnog upravljanja troškovima i efikasnosti poslovanja poduzeća. Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati temeljne instrumente i postupke analize financijskih izvještaja te uz pomoć njih na konkretnom praktičnom primjeru ocijeniti poslovanje poduzeća. Provedena analiza ukazala je na uspješno poslovanje poduzeća Medika d.d., povećanje vrijednosti imovine, zadovoljavajuću ekonomičnost te likvidnost. Takvi se trendovi očekuju i ubuduće.
Abstract (english)
Enterprises each year compile annual financial statement sand publish the publicly to make it available to interested users. Financial information found in financial statements are useful for estimatingrational costmanaging and business efficiency. The purpose of this paper was to present the under lying instrument sand procedures of the financial statements analysisand to help them evaluate the business of a company in a concrete practical example. The analysis showed the successful business of Medika d.d., the increase of asset value, satisfactory economy and liquidity. Such trends are expected in the future as well.
