Abstract
Strateški menadţment u današnje vrijeme predstavlja tzv. „umijeće“ voĊenja, kao i samo upravljanje daljnjim razvojem. Temeljna zadaća strateškog menadţmenta podrazumijeva provoĊenje pojedinih aktivnosti i donošenje odluka, kojima se naposljetku nastoje uskladiti pojedine mogućnosti i sposobnosti s odreĊenim ĉimbenicima iz okoline. Sukladno tome, moţe se reći kako su menadţeri zaduţeni prilikom identifikacije pojedinih problema, te korištenjem strateškog menadţmenta postavljaju ciljeve kako bi ostvarili bolji poslovni rezultat. U skladu s tim, potrebno je provoĊenje starteške analize kako bi se utvrdile odreĊene karakteristike i buduće smjernice poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Strategic management at present presents the so-called. "Mastery" of leadership, as well as just managing further development. The core task of strategic management implies carrying out certain activities and decision-making, which ultimately strives to align certain capabilities and capabilities with certain environmental factors. Consequently, it can be said that managers are in charge of identifying specific problems, and using strategic management set goals to achieve a better business result. Accordingly, it is necessary to conduct a start-up analysis to determine certain characteristics and future business guidelines.
