Abstract
Poznavanje vrsta rashoda, njegovih značajki i načina mjerenja je ključno za uspješno razumijevanje računovodstvenog praćenja troškova. Praćenje i upravljanje troškovima se temelji na računovodstvenim informacijama koje moraju biti istinite, precizne, jasne, pravovremene, u skladu sa zakonom i propisima računovodstvene struke. Analiza financijskih izvještaja doprinosi razumijevanju proračuna, svih njegovih komponenti, daje uvid u trenutnu financijsku situaciju, potencijalne prilike ili prijetnje te omogućuje usporedbu s drugima. Cilj ovog rada je bio na primjeru proračuna grada Zadra prikazati specifičnost proračunskog računovodstva, bazirajući se na rashodima. Temeljem PR-RAS obrasca provedena je horizontalna i vertikalna analiza troškova i usporedba dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
Understanding the type of expenditure, its features, and metrics is crucial to a successful understanding of cost accounting. Monitoring and cost management is based on accounting information that must be true, accurate, clear, timely, in accordance with the law and regulations of the accounting profession. The analysis of financial statements contributes to the understanding of the budget, all of its components, gives an insight into the current financial situation, potential opportunities or threats and allows comparison with others. The aim of this paper was to show the specificity of budget accounting, based on expenditures, on the example of Zadar's budget. Based on the PR-RAS form, a horizontal and vertical cost analysis was performed and a comparison of the obtained results.
