Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom analize životnih ciklusa obiteljskih poduzeća. Mnogi autori predstavljaju svoje modele ciklusa, ali svi se temelje na četiri osnovne faze koje nalikuju životu svih živih organizama. Jedina razlika je u tome što poduzeće na kraju ne mora doživjeti kraj. Kroz analizu svake od četiriju osnovnih faza dobiva se uvid u njene karakteristike, prednosti i potencijalne probleme. Kako će poduzeće reagirati na te probleme, ovisi hoće li ono prevladati krizu i nastaviti sa... More poslovanjem ili prestati s radom. „Inmont Vlaić d.o.o.“ obiteljsko je poduzeće kroz koje će se pratiti faze životnoga ciklusa. Unatoč velikim poslovnim pothvatima, brojem zaposlenika i visokim prihodima, u konačnici su se suočili sa problemom manjka radne snage. Nakon krize nastavljaju sa poslovanjem, ali budućnost biznisa leži u odluci člana obitelji na nasljedstvo poduzeća. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper tackles the topic of analyzing the life cycle of family businesses. Many authors present their own models of such a cycle, but each model is based on four basic phases which resemble the life of any living organism. The only exception is that a family business does not have to come to an end. Through the analysis of each of the four basic phases, an insight is given into the characteristics, advantages and potential problems of a business. Whether the business surpasses a... More crisis and continues to develop or it ceases to exist, depends solely on reacting to problems as they arise. „Inmont Vlaić d.o.o“ is a family business which will be used as an example to follow the phases of a life cycle. Despite major business ventures, number of employees and a high income, in the end it has faced the problem of lacking work force.
