Abstract
U ovom radu smo imali priliku vidjeti što su to porezi, kako ih definiramo, te kako su se mijenjali kroz povijest sve od Rimskog Carstva pa do danas. Naglasak rada je na posebnim porezima koje Republika Hrvatska primjenjuje u svojoj politici. Upoznali smo se s njihovim obilježijama, klasifikacijom i vrstama, a posebno je istaknuta njihova važnost kao prihoda jedne zemlje. Imaju posebnu ulogu u samome funkcioniraju države ovisno o njenim ekonomskim i fiskalnim ciljevima. Također, posebni porezi se uspoređuju s onima koji se primjenjuju u Europskoj zajednici na temelju čega smo imali priliku vidjeti da su porezi Republike Hrvatske u okvrima Europske zajednice.
Abstract (english)
In this work we had the opportunity to see what taxes are, how we define them, and how they have changed throught history since the Roman Empire until today. The emphasis of the work is on the special taxes that Republic of Croatia applies in her policy. We were introduced to their characteristics, classification and types, and their importance as a country's income was particularly emphasized. They play a special role for themselvesfunctioning, depending on their economic and fiscal goals. Also, special taxes are compared with those applied in the European Community, on the basis of which we had the opportunity to see that the taxes of the Republic of Croatia are within the scope of the European Community.
