Abstract
Snažan napredak internetskih tehnologija uzrokuje i napredak svih poduzeća u digitalnom svijetu. Poduzeće koje planira izraditi kvalitetnu web stranicu i kvalitetno upravljati web stranicom mora imati na raspolaganju informacije poslovnih procesa te koji su poslovni ciljevi koji se žele postići s web stranicom. Svrha postojanja poduzeća i njezini ciljevi će utjecati na sadržaj i izgled web stranice. Web stranica treba biti dizajnirana za ciljani segment korisnika, što znači da sadržaj stranice mora odgovarati preferencijama ciljane skupine korisnika. Poduzeće prema svom poslovanju odlučuje koji sustav želi koristiti za izradu svoje web stranice. Web stranica posjetitelju treba dati mogućnost da što jednostavnije uspostavi aktivnu komunikaciju sa tvrtkom koju navedena web stranica predstavlja. Pozicioniranje na Internetu odnosi se na to kako klijenti vide poduzeće, proizvode ili usluge koji se nude u odnosu na konkurente. Kvalitetan sadržaj na web stranici više nije stvar izbora već stvar potrebe. Prilikom izbora CMS sustava većina malih poduzeća bira besplatne sustave kao što su WordPress, Joomla i Drupal. Pomoću empirijskog istraživanja je utvrđeno da većina poduzeća koristi WordPress za izradu svojih web stranica. Kvalitetna web stranica mora imati organizirani sadržaj koji je upotpunjen odgovarajućim dizajnom na korist zadovoljstva korisnika web stranice. Ako poduzeće želi ostati na tržištu, svoj sadržaj mora približiti korisnicima adaptirajući svoju web stranicu za prikazivanje na „pametnim telefonima“. Svako poduzeće nakon izrade web stranice mora kvalitetno upravljati svojom stranicom ako želi ostvariti bolju poziciju na Internetu, jer bolja pozicija donosi bolju posjećenost. Za empirijsko istraživanje izrađena je web stranica za poduzeće „Spajić-Novi d.o.o.“ pomoću sustava WordPress-a koji je besplatan i jednostavan za upotrebu. Prilikom izrade web stranice utvrđena je važnost organizacije izrade, kvalitete izrade te kvalitete upravljanja web stranicom. Svrha istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada je na koji način se ostvaruje kvaliteta izrade i kvaliteta upravljanja web stranice malih poduzeća te dokazati postavljene hipoteze istraživanja s ciljem lakog razumijevanja važnosti uspješnog upravljanja kvalitetom web stranice kako bi se ostvarila željena razina zadovoljstva korisnika što bi na kraju vodilo pozitivnom poslovanju i ostvarivanju konkurentnosti svakog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Powerful advances in Internet technologies are causing the advancement of all businesses in the digital world. An enterprise that plans to create a quality web site and maintain a quality web site must have at its disposal business information and business goals that are to be achieved with the web site. The purpose of the company's existence and its goals will affect the content and layout of the website. The website should be designed for a targeted user segment, meaning that the site content must match the preferences of the target user group. The company decides which system it wants to use to create its own web site. Web site visitors should be given the opportunity to establish, as easily as possible, active communication with the company that the web site represents. Positioning on the Internet refers to how customers see a company, products or services that are offered in relation to competitors. High quality content on the web site is no longer a matter of choice but a matter of need. When choosing CMS, most small businesses choose free systems such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal. Using empirical research, it was found that most companies use WordPress to create their own websites. A quality website must have organized content that is complemented by the appropriate design for the benefit of the user's web site. If a business wants to stay on the market, its content needs to be brought closer to users by adapting its website to appear on smartphones. Every company after the site design has to maneuver its site properly if it wants to have a better position on the Internet, because a better position brings better visibility. For empirical research, a website for the company "Spajić-Novi d.o.o." was created using WordPress, which is free and easy to use. When designing a website, the importance of the organization of creation, quality of production and the quality of web site management has been established. The purpose of this thesis work is to achieve the quality of design and quality of small business web site management and to demonstrate hypothesis hypothesis to understand the importance of successful website quality management in order to achieve the desired level of customer satisfaction that would ultimately lead to positive business and achieving the competitiveness of each company.
