Abstract
Jedna od definicija obiteljskog poduzeća je da je to poduzeće u kojem većinu prava odlučivanja ima osnivač te je u upravljanje poduzećem uključena najmanje jedna osoba iz obitelji. Obiteljska poduzeća imaju veliki doprinos u razvoju gospodarstva svake zemlje. Neke od najbitnijih stavki kojima doprinose su zapošljavanje, poticanje potrošnje, povećanje izvoza, rast dohotka, te ostali poslovni prinosi. Obiteljska poduzetništva predstavljaju pravi izazov jer se treba uskladiti obitelj, poslovanje i... More vlasništvo. Postoje dva podsustva s kojima se suočavaju obiteljska poduzeća, a to su obiteljski i poslovni podsustav. U obiteljskom podsustavu prevladavaju emocionalni odnosi, obiteljske želje i održavanje stabilnosti, dok u poslovnom podustavu prevladavaju poslovne performanse, zahtjevi poslovanje te upravljanje promjenama. Za razvoj obiteljskog poduzeća od iznimne je važnosti način na koji poduzeće iskorištava konkurentsku prednost. The most popular definition of a family business is that it is a company in which the majority of the decision making rights have a founder and at least one family member is involved in the management of the enterprise. Family businesses have a major contribution to the development of the economy of each country. Some of the most important items contributing to employment, boosting consumption, increasing exports, growth in incomes and other business income. Family entrepreneurship is a real... More challenge because family, business and ownership must be harmonized. There are two subtleties family businesses are faced with namely family and business subsystems. Family subtype predominates emotional relationships, family desires, and stability, while business performance prevails in business performance, business requirements, and change management. For the development of a family enterprise, it is of utmost importance that a company exploits a competitive advantage.
