Abstract
Sezonalnost u turizmu predstavlja jedan od ključnih problema s kojima se susreću turistički akteri u svom poslovanju. Konkretne državne mjere mogu značajno poboljšati trenutnu situaciju na turističkom tržištu neke destinacije. Hrvatska je primjer zrele destinacije s dominacijom proizvoda „sunca i mora“ s visokom sezonalnosti poslovanja, karakterističnom za mediteranske zemlje. Split je jedan od rijetkih gradova koji nema strategiju razvoja turizma, ali zajednički rad na atraktivnosti grada i bolja zračna povezanost Splita s drugim destinacijama potaknut će daljnji razvoj grada. Utjecaj sezonalnosti hotel Radisson ublažava fokusiranjem na konferencijski i wellness turizam tijekom zimskog perioda godine.
Abstract (english)
Seasonality in tourism represents one of key issues which tourist subjects encounter in their business. Proper state regulations can greatly improve the current situation on the touristic market of some destinations. Croatia is an example of a mature destination with predominantly „sun and sea“ aspects with high business seasonality which is characteristic for mediterannean countries. Split is one of the few cities that doesn't have a tourism development strategy but with community work on the overall appeal of the city and better air connection with other destinations, it will improve the continuous development of the city. Hotel Radisson optimizes the effect of seasonality by focusing on the conferential and wellness tourism during the winter period.
