Abstract
U ovom radu definirao se problem, odnosno strateška analiza korporacije „Siemens d.d.“ Strateška analiza predstavlja proces istraživanja poslovnog okruženja unutar kojeg organizacija djeluje. Za istraživanje tržišta najčešće se koriste metode SWOT i PEST analize. Kako bi se navedena analiza uspješno provela, menadžeri moraju dobro poznavati tržište, znati identificirati određene probleme ali i osmisliti odgovarajuću strategiju koja će pomoći u ostvarivanju ciljeva poduzeća. Elektrifikacija, automatizacija i digitalizacija područja su dugoročnog rasta tvrtke Siemens. Već godinama tvrtka, drži lidersku poziciju te sukladno tome, konstantno prati tržište ali i analizira faktore unutarnje i vanjske okoline koji utječu na poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
This paper defines the problem, respectively the strategic analysis of „Siemens d.d.“ corporation. Strategic analysis represents the process of researching the business environment within the organization operates. Market research is the most commonly used by SWOT and PEST analysis method. In order for this analysis to be succesful, managers need to know the market very well, indetify certain problems and design an appropriate strategy to help achieve the company's goals. Electrification, automation and digitization are the areas of long-term growth of Siemens. For many years, the company holds a leading position and, accordingly, it constantly monitors the market but also analyzes the internal and external factors which affect their business.
