Abstract
Poduzetništvo se definira kao aktivnost koju provodi pojedinac ili grupa ljudi kako bi ostvarili profit. Svaki poduzetnički plan započinje idejom, a volja, upornost i spremnost na rizik dovode do ostvarenja cilja. Poduzetnik kao osoba koja preuzima rizik treba biti otvorena, perspektivna i dobro upoznata s tržištem šireg područja na kojem planira poslovanje, a izrada kvalitetnog poslovnog plana omogućuje stjecanje povjerenja mogućih budućih suradnika i korisnika usluga. U ovom završnom radu razradila se ideja i poslovni plan na primjeru pametnog kafića „Balory“. Potaknuti manjkom radne snage i nezasićenosti tržišta sa sličnom inovacijom, došlo se na ideju otvaranja pametnog kafića. Početna pretpostavka o uspješnom poslovanju je potvrđena metodom analize poslovanja u vremenskom razdoblju od pet godina. Poduzeće je već nakon prve godine ostvarilo zavidan profit i potaknuti uspješnosti poslovanja planira se širenje poduzeća po Splitu i ostalim turističkim mjestima po Republici Hrvatskoj. Modernizacija poslovanja po tipu pametnog naručivanja velik protok ljudi s obzirom na smještaj objekta te pristupačne cijene i ljubazno osoblje osigurali su, barem za sada, siguran napredak i ostvarivanje sve većeg profita.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is defined as an activity carried out by an individual or group of people to make a profit. Every entrepreneurial plan starts with an idea, and the will, perseverance and willingness to risk lead to the achievement of the goal. The entrepreneur needs to be open, perspective and well acquainted with the market of the wider area in which he plans to do business, and developing a quality business plan enables him to gain the trust of potential future associates and users of the service. In this final paper, an idea and a business plan were elaborated on the example of the smart café "Balory". Driven by a lack of manpower and market saturation with similar innovations, the idea of opening a smart cafe came up. The initial assumption of successful business was confirmed by the method of business analysis over a period of five years. The company has already made enviable profits after the first year, and motivated by business success, it is planned to expand the company to Split and other tourist destinations in the Republic of Croatia. The modernization of the business by the type of smart ordering, the large flow of people considering the location of the facility, and the affordable prices and friendly staff have ensured safe progress, at least for now.
