Abstract
U ovom radu ispitana je veza između tri faktora gospodarsko-političkog okruženja: poreznog sustava (fiskalno okruženje), tržišta rada (nezaposlenost) i poreznog klina (porezno opterećenje poreznih obveznika). Porezni sustav služi za prikupljanje javnih prihoda kroz poreze. U sustavu poreza na dohodak, porezni dio snose posloprimac i poslodavac. Naglasak je da visoka porezna opterećenja destimuliraju zapošljavanje, što ima direktnog učinka na razvoj i privredni rast. S druge strane, bitan faktor je i visina prosječnih plaća, pri čemu porezno opterećenje većim dijelom osjećaju zaposlenici s nižim primanjima, te posloprimci moji nemaju uzdržavanih članova.
Abstract (english)
This paper examines the link between three factors of the economic and political environment: the tax system (fiscal environment), the labor market (unemployment) and the tax wedge (tax burden on taxpayers). The tax system serves to collect public revenue through taxes. In the income tax system, the tax part is borne by the employee and the employer. The emphasis is that high tax burdens discourage employment, which has a direct effect on development and economic growth. On the other hand, an important factor is the level of average salaries, where the tax burden is mostly felt by lower-income employees and employees do not have dependents.
