Abstract Regrutiranje i selekcija su usko povezani pojmovi, rade ruku pod ruku i igraju vitalnu ulogu u ukupnom rastu organizacije.
Regrutiranje predstavlja postupak privlačenja i traženja kandidata da se prijave na slobodna radna mjesta i dijeli se na interne izvore regrutiranja i eksterne izvore regrutiranja. ... More provesti na dva načina. Kandidati se razlikuju prema svojoj sposobnosti, osobinama ličnosti i kompetencijama. Testovi uključuju jedan od najvažnijih instrumenata za ispitivanje znanja i vještina o kandidatima te tako razlikujemo testove znanja, testove sposobnosti, testove interesa i testove ličnosti. Intervju je ciljno usmjeren razgovor kako bi se dobile adekvatne informacije o kandidatima. Intervju razlikujemo po obliku, s obzirom na broj sudionika i po ulozi u procesu selekcije. Konačnu odluku nakon provedene selekcije o zaposlenju kandidata mora donijeti menadžment područja posla za koji se kandidat bira.
Poduzeće Müller posluje diljem Hrvatske te je jedan od utjecajnih lidera na tržištu. Brojne su prekretnice koje su utjecale na razvoj i širenje poslovanja Müllera. Asortiman uključuje preko 180 000 proizvoda i dijeli se na drogeriju, parfumeriju, prirodni kutak, čarape, kućanstvo i ambijent, igračke, ručni rad, papirnicu, OTC i bio prehranu. Najvažniji i zaslužniji za uspjeh su Müllerovi djelatnici. Svakim danom Müller sve više putem uvođenja novih stavki brine o zaštiti okoliša te je i dobitnik brojnih nagrada.
Selekcija koja se provodi u poduzeću Müller ispitana je putem ankete koja se provela u jednoj od većih poslovnica na području grada Splita. Selekcija je ispitana putem 25 anketnih pitanja, te se dio odnosi na demografska pitanja, a dio na regrutiranje i selekciju s tim da se većinski dio pitanja odnosi na selekciju. Less

Test include one of the most important instrumnet for examining candidates knowledge and skills, this distinguishing between konwledge tests, aptitude tests, interest tests and personality tests. The interview is a targeted interview in order to obtain adequate information about the candidates. We differentiate the interview by form, by the number of participants and by the role in the selection process. The final decision after the selection of the candidates employment must be made by the management of the area of the candidates job.
Company Müller operates throughout Croatia and is on of the influential market leader. The are numerous milestones that have influenced the development and expansion of Muller businees. The range includes over 180 000 products and is divided into drugstore, perfumery, natural corner, socks, household and ambience, toys, handicrafts, paper mill, OTC and bio nutrition. The most important and deserving of success are Müller employees. With the itroduction of new items, Müller increasingly concerner with the environment and is the recipient od numerous award.
Selection carried out by Müller was examined through a survey conducted at one of the larger branches in the city of Split. It was surveyed by 25 survey questions, the first part related to demographic issues and second part to recruitment and selection, with the majority of questions related to selection. Less
