Abstract
Nautički turizam predstavlja jedan od najznačajnijih proizvoda u turističkoj ponudi republike Hrvatske trenutno. Shodno tome, ovaj rad na temelju komparativne analize proučava stanje nautičkog turizma u Hrvatskoj, usporeĎujući ga s njezinim glavnim konkurentima. Na temelju tih istraţivanja, ali i analize aktualnih trendova, u radu se nudi detaljno razraĎeni poslovni plan konkurentnog i uspješnog „charter“ poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Nautical tourism is currently one of the most significant commodities in Croatia's tourist offer. This paper, based on a comparative analysis, studies the current situation of Croatian nautical tourism comparing it to its major competitors. Based on the result of this research, as well as the analysis of ongoing trends, the paper offers an elaborate business plan for a competitive and successful charter company.
