Abstract
Ovaj rad se sastoji od pet dijelova i pojašnjava specifičnosti koje su vezane za građevinsku djelatnost. Uvodni dio pojašnjava tko obavlja građevinske usluge i koje su bitne značajke građevinske djelatnosti na koje poduzetnici moraju paziti prilikom obavljanja građevinskih usluga. Teorijski dio je usmjeren na prikaz najvažnijih zakona i propisa na koje trebaju paziti građevinski poduzetnici koji pružaju građevinske usluge. Empirijski dio prikazuje specifičnosti računovodstva u građevinskoj djelatnosti na primjeru poduzeća „Lucić gradnja j.d.o.o.“. Ovdje je prikazan način evidentiranja ulaznih računa, evidencija materijala, evidencija izlaznih računa s pravom prijenosa porezne obveze, te je iskazan trošak osoblja, odnosno način na koji se obračunavaju plaće. Isto tako je prikazan i način popunjavanja obrasca PDV, te prijava poreza na dobit. U empirijskom dijelu je također napravljena analiza promatranog poduzeća i usporedba s konkurentima na temelju analize financijskih izvještaja putem osnovnih pokazatelja profitabilnosti, likvidnosti i solventnosti. U zaključku su iznesene najbitnije činjenice vezane za građevinsku djelatnost i analizirano građevinsko poduzeće.
Abstract (english)
This paper consists of five parts and explains the specifics that are related to the construction activity. The introductory part clarifies who performs the construction services and what are the essential features of the construction activity that entrepreneurs must have in mind while carrying out the construction activities. The theoretical part focuses on the presentation of the most important laws and regulations related to the construction activity. Empirical part shows the specifics of accounting in the construction activity on the example of company „Lucić gradnja“. In this part is explained the way of recording incoming account, materials and outgoing account with reverse charge, and the way of calculating the salaries. Also in this part is shown the way of filling the value added tax form and profit tax form. The empirical part also analyses the observed company and competitors, based on the analysis of the financial statements through basic profitability, liquidity and solvency indicators. In conclusion are presented the most important facts related to the construction activity and the analyzed construction company.
