Abstract
U ovom radu se istražuje koji je optimalan devizni tečaj za Republiku Hrvatsku. Devizni režimi predstavljaju sustavna rješenja u pogledu tečajne politike, a predstavljaju konkretizaciju gore navedenih vrsta ili njihovu kombinaciju. Rad daje sustavan pregled postojećih sustava tečajne politike te je dan osvrt na postojeći devizni režim u Republici Hrvatskoj. Postoje determinante koje utječu na izbor deviznog režima, te se na osnovu njih zemlje odlučuju za režim koji će koristiti, stoga su i analizirane u ovom radu. Od posebne je važnosti da izabrani sustav bude u službi ostvarenja ciljeva ekonomske politike.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores optimal exchange rate for the Republic of Croatia. Foreign exchange regimes represent systematic solutions in terms of exchange rate policy, and represent the specificization of the above types or a combination of them. The paper provides a systematic overview of the existing exchange rate policy systems and gives an overview of the existing foreign exchange regime in the Republic of Croatia. There are determinants that influence the choice of the foreign exchange regime, and on the basis of which countries decide on the regime they will use, which is why they are analyzed in this paper. It is of particular importance that the chosen system be in the service of achieving economic policy goals.
