Abstract
U ovom radu izneseno je tržišno pozicioniranje Turističke zajednice grada Komiže slijedom kojeg je došlo do pozitivnih, ali i negativnih zaključaka samog razvoja grada Komiže i cjelokupnog utjecaja na turizam. Uz pomoć percepcijski mapa te aspekata cijene, kvalitete, gastronomske ponude, broja događanja i aktivnosti, kvaliteti i ponudi smještaja te prometnoj povezanosti analizirati i usporediti koje segmente Komiža ima u odnosu na konkurenciju. Grad Komiža treba proširiti broj sportskih aktivnosti, napraviti pješačke staze te promovirati na ciljana tržišta turističke atrakcije u Komiže te ljepotu krajolika i udaljenost od prometa i gužve kako bi pridobila veći broj turista te tako poboljšala već negativne brojke zao ovu godinu. Također bi trebalo poboljšati kvalitetu života na otoku kako bi se ujedno i poboljšala demografska i kvalifikacijska struktura stanovništva koja je jedna od glavnih resursa ka razvitku turizma, ali i otoka općenito.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the market positioning of the Tourist board of the town of Komiža following the positive but also negative conclusions of the development of the town of Komiža and the overall impact on tourism. With the help of the perceptual map of these aspects of price, quality, gastronomic offer and traffic link analyze and compare which segments of Komiža is competitive in relation to the competition. The town of Komiža should expand the number of sport activities, make hiking trails and promote the targeted market of tourist attractions and the beauty of the landscape and the isolation from traffic and large crowds to attract more tourists and thus improve the negative figures for this year. It should also improve the quality of life on the island in order to improve the demographic and qualification structure of the population, which is one of the main resources for the development of tourism, but also of the island in general.
