Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bila je komparativna analiza ponuda Internet bankarstva između pet hrvatskih banaka: OTP banke, Zagrebačke banke, Privredne banke Zagreb, Hrvatske poštanske banke i Addiko banke. Za provedbu analize korištene su različite metode: metoda analize, metoda sinteze, metoda komparacije, metoda dedukcije, metoda indukcije i metoda grafičkog i tabličnog prikazivanja. Uspoređene su ponude usluga za građane i poslovne subjekte koje svaka banka nudi te ja analizom utvrđeno kako ponude ne odstupaju u većim mjerama. Tabličnim prikazivanjem uspoređene su naknade za korištenje usluga za građane i poslovne subjekte. Analiza je pokazala kako OTP i Zagrebačka banka posluju s najmanjim naknadama i samim time pokazale su se kao najisplativija ponuda za građane. Što se tiče poslovnih subjekata naknade za korištenje su iste u Zagrebačkoj banci, Hrvatskoj poštanskoj banci i Addiko banci dok za OTP banku i Privrednu banku Zagreb nisu pronađeni podatci.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this work was comparative analysis of Internet banking offers between five Croatian banks: OTP bank, Zagrebačka bank, PBZ, HPB and Addiko bank. For this analysis were used different methods: analysis method, synthesis method, comparison method, induction method, deduction method, graphic and table displays. Citizens and business entities service offers are compared and is determined that offers between banks does not deviate to a greater extent. Table displays were used to compare bank fees for using services for citizens and business entities. The analysis showed that OTP and Zagrebačka bank are doing business with the lowest fees and that they are the most cost effective option for the citizens. As for the business entites the fees are the same for the Zagrebačka bank, HPB and Addiko bank. They are no information about the fees for the OTP and PBZ bank.
