Abstract
Poduzetništvo je gospodarska aktivnost od koje koristi imaju poduzetnik, ali i cijelo društvo. To je ujedno i dinamičan proces pretvorbe ideje u detaljno razrađen poslovni poduhvat gdje poduzetnik preuzima određeni rizik u svrhu postizanja profita. Da bi zamišljeni poslovni poduhvat bio što uspješniji, potrebno je izraditi detaljan i kvalitetan poslovni plan. Poslovni plan daje uvid u ideju investitorima i svim drugim korisnicima. Ovaj završni rad prikazuje poslovni plan za otvaranje turističke agencije „Adventure“. Cilj je bio dokazati opravdanost ulaganja u poduhvat. Kroz analizu financijskih podataka dolazi se do zaključka o isplativosti poslovnog projekta te se očekuje poslovanje s pozitivnim rezultatima kroz idućih 5 godina. Less

Entrepreneurship is an economic activity that benefits the entrepreneur, but also the whole society. It is also a dynamic process of transforming an idea into a detailed business venture where the entrepreneur takes a certan risk in order to make a profit. In order for the imagined business venture to be as successful as possible, it is necessary to create a detailed and quality business plan. The business plan provides insight into the idea to investors and all other users. The most... More important is the financial aspect that provides all the necessary information in order to be able to examine the profitability and feasibility of investing in the project. This final paper presents a business plan for opening of the travel agency „Adventure“. The goal was to prove validity of investing in the venture. Through the analysis of financial dana, the conclusion is reached on the profitability of the business project and the business is expected to give positive results over the next 5 years. Less
